Pasture Raised


We farrow in the spring and late summer, our piglets remain on the farm with us through market weight in the fall and spring. From Spring to fall, the pigs have space to roam, root and explore, our pigs have it made! Pasture raised and supplemented on local Delta Barley, milk, eggs and minerals. Winter raised pigs tend to be less energetic and enjoy more time snuggled in there deep hay beds but there diet remains the same.

2023 Spring Ready Pork Pricing – Premium Pork is sold by the whole or half @ $5.75/lb based on the hanging weight.

Hog Farm Slaughter – $75/half or $150/whole

Sides of Pork are typically 85-110lb and are delivered to the processor on the day of slaughter. Processing is estimated at $1.50/lb. Processing costs are paid directly to the processor at time of pickup.

Specialty processing such as smoking of hams and bacons, smoked and fresh sausage etc. cost $3-$6/lb minimum 25lb order. An Approx. all inclusive cost is $850/side.

All animals are humanly farm slaughtered in the spring and fall then delivered to our butcher for processing.

Deposits for Fall ready Pork $125/half or $250/whole
