Calves are born in the spring and market ready the following Fall. Our Angus cattle are pasture raised, grazing in the summer and wintering on local hay. Our Beef remain in the pasture and are finished the last 90-100 days on local Delta Barley, Oats and Peas to create a marbeled, sweet, tender beef.
Premium Beef are sold by the whole or half @ $5.75/lb based on the actual hanging weight. This all-inclusive price includes beef, slaughter plus cut and vacuum pack.
Sides of Beef range from 250lb – 375lb. Approx. Cost are as follows; Small 250lb+/- ($1,400) Medium 300lb+/- ($1,700) Large 375lb+/- ($2,100)
Specialty processing such as snack sticks, summer sausage, bratwurst and polish can be ordered at an additional cost of $3-$6/lb minimum 25lb order.
All animals are humanly farm slaughtered and delivered to our butcher for processing.
