We farrow in the spring and our piglets remain on the farm with us through market weight in the fall. With space to roam, root and explore, our pigs have it made! Pasture raised and supplemented on local Delta Barley, milk, eggs and minerals.

Premium Pork is sold by the whole or half @ $4.25/lb based on the hanging weight.

Deposits for Fall ready Pork $125/half or $250/whole

All animals are humanly farm slaughtered and delivered to our butcher for custom processing.

Hog Farm Slaughter – $50/half or $100/whole

Cut and Vacuum Pack – $1.10/lb based on the incoming hanging weight (paid directly to the processor upon pickup) Specialty processing such as smoking of hams and bacons, smoked and fresh sausage etc. cost $2-$6/lb minimum 20lb order.

An all-inclusive estimated cost (pork, slaughter plus cut and vacuum pack) would be: $6.50/lb
