Calves are born in the spring and market ready the following Fall. Our cattle are pasture raised, grazing in the summer and wintering on local hay. Our Beef are finished the last 90-100 days on local Delta Barley, Oats and Peas to create a marbeled, sweet, tender beef.
Premium Beef are sold by the whole or half @ $4.50/lb based on the hanging weight.
Deposits for Beef – $250/half or $500/whole
All animals are humanly farm slaughtered and delivered to our butcher for custom processing.
Beef Farm Slaughter – $90/half or $180/whole
Custom Cut and Vacuum Pack – $1.10/lb based on the incoming hanging weight (paid directly to the processor upon pickup) Specialty processing such as snack sticks, summer sausage, bratwurst and polish cost $3-$6/lb minimum 25lb order.
An all-inclusive estimated cost (beef, slaughter plus cut and vacuum pack) would be: $5.75/lb
